By using the services of ViaVoy Travel Design, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Use of Services

You must provide accurate information when making inquiries or bookings. Any false or incomplete information may result in delays or booking issues.

Bookings and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices may change without prior notice until payment is received. A booking is considered confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation and payment is successfully processed.

Payments

Payments must follow the payment schedule provided during booking. Failure to settle payments on time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.

Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring that your passport, visa, and other required documents are valid and complete before travel. ViaVoy Travel Design may assist but does not guarantee visa approval.

Changes and Cancellations by the Client

Any request to change or cancel a booking must be sent through email or direct contact. Fees may apply depending on supplier policies.

Changes and Cancellations by Suppliers

Airlines, hotels, and tour operators may change or cancel services due to operational or safety reasons. We will assist in coordinating changes, but final decisions depend on the supplier.

Liability

ViaVoy Travel Design acts as a travel agent and coordinates with trusted partners. We are not liable for accidents, delays, loss, or damages beyond our control.

Behavior of Travelers

Travelers must comply with local laws and respect cultural norms. Any misconduct that causes disruption may result in removal from a tour without refund.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions follow the applicable laws of Thailand and the Philippines, depending on the service provided.
